What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of a close-knit team supporting clients both remotely and on-site. Your day could include troubleshooting network issues, setting up new cloud environments, or giving expert guidance on Microsoft 365 or security best practices. You'll have the autonomy to manage your workload, while also being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

Location: Basildon, Essex (with field-based work)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
Type: Full-time | Permanent | Some weekend work required
Here's a taste of the technologies and skills we use day-to-day:
Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RDS, Exchange, SQL)
Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
Desktop and server hardware builds and troubleshooting
VoIP, broadband/connectivity and routing
Networking – TCP/IP, routers, switches
Antivirus, firewall, UTM and security solutions
Structured cabling and testing
Onsite/offsite backup solutions and disaster recovery
Hands-on installation of all types of hardware, software and office moves.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a tech enthusiast who loves helping people and solving problems. You’ll need:
2nd Line experience or equivalent
Great customer-facing and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
Clean Full UK driving licence required
Willingness to be part of a weekend support rota (shared fairly within the team)
Physically able to meet the role’s manual handling requirements in line with Health & Safety standards.
It should also be stated that there is an amount of weekend working involved, which the ideal candidate should be able to commit to.
