2nd Line Field/Support Engineer

What You'll Be Doing 

You'll be part of a close-knit team supporting clients both remotely and on-site. Your day could include troubleshooting network issues, setting up new cloud environments, or giving expert guidance on Microsoft 365 or security best practices.

Location: Basildon, Essex (with field-based work) 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (based on experience) 
Type: Full-time | Permanent | Some weekend work required
