Hi, I’m Gareth, Operations Manager at Sunrise. I help keep the cogs turning behind the scenes, making sure our support team has what it needs and that our processes run smoothly. When a client’s problem lands with us, I make sure it gets to the right person and gets sorted properly.
THREE THINGS ABOUT ME
I’m a sucker for a good spreadsheet and will happily build one for things that really don’t need one.
I like taking things apart to see how they work. They don’t always go back together the same way.
I’ll always try to fix something myself before I call someone in, with mixed results.
AWAY FROM WORK
Outside work I like to switch off with a mix of projects, games and the occasional bit of tinkering. I enjoy learning how things work, and I’m usually halfway through some new idea I’ll finish eventually. People might not know that I’m far more patient with technology than I am with traffic.
